Balilihan Councilor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (left) reported on Oct. 13, 2026, in a Pureza Veloso-Chatto FB Post that improvement works and furnishings at the Balilihan Municipal Infirmary are nearing completion. The Primary Care Facility (PCF) is also in its final stages. While awaiting its own building, the PCF temporarily operated inside the infirmary and its personnel have now started transferring to the new PCF building connected by an adjoining walkway.
