Balilihan bares its town news and updates

The Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI- CIDSS) have funded the retrofitting of the multipurpose building in Barangay Sagasa. The photo shows the turnover of the finished project to the barangay officials led by Barangay Captain Elmer Elmer Pangan Palua. Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto (standing, center) leads the turnover ceremony.
