“Jurassic World: Dominion” at Screenville Cinemas
A sequel to “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” in 2018, and the final film in the “Jurassic World” trilogy where dinosaurs now live and hunt alongside humans all over the world, “Jurassic World: Dominion” is now showing at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
The epic conclusion of the Jurassic era, “Jurassic World: Dominion” takes place four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar where Dinosaurs now live among us and rule the earth. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures. “Lightyear” at Screenville Cinemas
A spin-off of the “Toy Story” animated films serving as an origin story of Buzz Lightyear and his adventures to infinity and beyond, “Lightyear” will premiere worldwide on Wednesday, June 15, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
A legendary space ranger, Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Chris Evans) is the hero who inspired the astronaut toy seen in the hit Toy Story film series.
In the story, Buzz is being marooned on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years away from Earth with his commander and their crew, and tries to find a way back home through space and time where he’s joined by a group of ambitious recruits and his charming robot companion cat, Sox. Complicating matters and threatening the mission is the arrival of Zurg and an army of ruthless robots with a mysterious agenda. Buzz is confronting a threat to the universe’s safety.
Island City Mall holds 3-day sale
Island City Mall (ICM) celebrates its 18th Anniversary with a big weekend 3-day sale on June 24, 25, and 26, 2022 which falls on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, a press release from the company says.
Customers can enjoy up to 80 percent discounts on a wide range of products and brands at the Home & Fashion Department and participating tenant shops.
Meanwhile, as part of its 18th Anniversary, Island City Mall gives away thousands of pesos worth of grocery packs and gift certificates in its on-going “Rewards Card” Raffle Promo which runs until June 25, this year.
Ten lucky customers will win grocery packs worth P10,000 each, while another 10 customers will also get Alturas gift certificates worth P5,000 each.
The winners will be announced during the raffle draw on June 26, 2022 at 3 pm.
A customer can get one Rewards Card for a minimum single receipt purchase worth P2,000 from the Supermarket, or P3,000 from the Home & Fashion Department.
You can get also a bonus reward card if you are an A1 Card member, or if you can purchase P300 worth of participating products. Just present the receipt at the Consumer Welfare Desk to get the Rewards Card.
The Card has 6 empty slots, and each slot needs to earn a stamp which can be obtained for every required purchase.
A bonus stamp will be given away for every P300 purchase on participating products, and another bonus stamp will be provided if you are an A1 Card member.
Upon earning 6 stamps, the customer will fill-out the Card with complete name, address, contact numbers, and signature; and drop the card on the designated dropbox.
A customer can enter as many Cards as he/she could as long as each Card has 6 stamps
A Card with incomplete stamps is considered invalid.
