Tagbilaran City Mayor Jane Yap has congratulated the new business establishments that have opened in the city recently.
“Congratulations to the new business establishments opening in Tagbilaran City! This means more jobs for the people and you can give more boost to our economic activity,” Yap said in a Facebook post.
The new businesses include:
- Brielle Cafe, located at Lower Belderol Street
- UNCLE BREW “Everything at 39” Coffee and Milktea Shop, located at Burillos Street, Dao
- Tokyo Tempura, located at GF BQ Mall Atrium
- NUAT THAI Spa, located inside Bohol Tropics Resort
- Julie’s Bakeshop, located at UB Branch, Apostol Commercial Center, Maria Clara Street
Yap said that the city government is committed to providing support to businesses, both new and established.
“We will continue to provide support to businesses, so that they can thrive and grow in our city,” she said.
The opening of new businesses is a positive sign for the economy of Tagbilaran City. It shows that the city is a good place to do business and that there is a demand for goods and services, the Mayor said.
The new businesses will also provide employment opportunities for the people of Tagbilaran City. This is important, as the city is still recovering from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, she added.
