As we celebrate freedom, let us remember that we are never really free as long as our people are hungry, poor, sick, weak or ignorant. When people around us cannot live in fulfillment of their dreams, we are all weak and poor together.
Let us remember to work together in this period of the Covid, to maintain our health, ensure food security and generate a return of jobs and opportunities for Bohol. This will all be made possible when we commission our PCR Labs and strengthen contact tracing locally.
Let me end by praying for your continued safety and blessings for Bohol.
