LGU-LOON CASH AND CLOTHING ASSISTANCE FOR STRANDED FISHERMAN FROM DALAGUETE, CEBU. Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Casquejo, (seated, 3rd from left), a 73 year-old fisherman from Banhigan, Dalaguete, Cebu who was stranded on October 21, 2024 in the seawaters off barangay Canhangdon Occidental, Loon, Bohol. The fisherman ran out of fuel and was swept by the strong winds of Typhoon Kristine while fishing in the seawaters of his hometown of Dalaguete, Cebu. In the picture, Vice Mayor Lloyd Peter M.
