On March 7, 2025, the Local Government Unit of Baao, Camarines Sur conducted a benchmarking activity in Tubigon, Bohol. The Tubigon LGU FB said: “This is also a part of the Town Twinning Program of LGU Baao to LGU Tubigon. A total of 69 participants including the Municipal Mayor of Baao, Jeffrey S. Besinio visited Tubigon and explored the beauty of our town. Amir Sol-Medrano, Tourism Officer; Hon. William R. Jao (in photo, left), Municipal Mayor; and Hon.
