A direct sequel to “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1” in 2023, and the final installment of the series, “Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning” is now showing at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
Two months after the events of “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1”, IMF agent Ethan Hunt continues his mission to stop Gabriel from obtaining the all-powerful A.I. program known as “the Entity” that could doom the world.
In the last film, Ethan and his team were on the hunt for two high-tech keys that were the only means to control a rogue AI system known as the Entity. Every organization and nation on Earth — including the United States — wants to be able to control the Entity, prompting Ethan to go rogue in an attempt to destroy the AI rather than risk letting it fall into anybody’s hands.
Ethan Hunt will attempt to defeat Gabriel and destroy the Entity once and for all in a final showdown to save mankind.

The sixth film in The Karate Kid film series about a kung fu prodigy who embarks on a journey to enter the ultimate karate competition, “Karate Kid Legends” will premiere on Wednesday, May 28, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
After a family tragedy, kung fu fighter Li Fong (Ben Wang) leaves his home in Beijing and forced to move to New York City with his mother to attend a prestigious new school where he finds solace in a new friendship with a classmate and her father.
Li struggles to fit in with his new classmates, and although he doesn’t want to fight, trouble seems to find him everywhere. When a new friend needs his help, Li catches the attention of a fierce local karate champion. With his life in danger, he enters a karate competition – but his skills alone aren’t enough. Li’s kung fu teacher Mr. Han (Jackie Chan) enlists original Karate Kid Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) for help, and Li learns a new way to fight, merging their two styles into one for the ultimate martial arts showdown.
