
SCOUTING MOVEMENT BOOSTED. Cong. Edgar Chatto, Chair of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Bohol Council, recently met with key officials to discuss the BSP Multi-Purpose Building Rehabilitation Project’s phase 1. The meeting included Council Scout Executive Hermes Angoy, BSP Board Members Aldner Damalerio and Marcelo Vigonte, and Architect Jun Flores, representing the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). INVESTING IN EDUCATION. New classrooms were recently inaugurated at Loon North High School in Cantomucad, Loon. Cong. Edgar Chatto facilitated funding for a two-classroom building implemented by DPWH, while the Local Government funded an additional classroom. The school’s enrollment has surged to over 100 students from its initial 15. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by notable officials, including First Congressional District focal person Kenny June Requeron, Principal Dr. Glen Majomot, SDS Sir Mario Garcia, Vice Mayor-elect Dodong Literatus, Kapitan Agnes Sablas, and other council and PTA officers, along with Baslav Ravas from Abundant Water.
