Lopez, MD (second from right) receives the certificates of Accreditation for the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC) for being officially accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) TESDA as a Competency Assessment Center for the following five qualifications: Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Driving NC II, Bookkeeping NC III, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II.
