The LGU of Batuan installed around 100 boundary markers, or “muhon,” in Barangay Cantano to advance long-term development plans. Led by Municipal Mayor Emmanuel Aladin D. Tumanda (inset upper left corner), the activity gathered department heads, barangay captains, and LGU personnel to establish clear land demarcations for future projects. Officials said the simple markers are crucial for strategic, lawful, and community-centered planning in the growing municipality. (Contributed photo)
