The Municipality of San Miguel placed among the Top 5 towns in Bohol for outstanding contribution to the province’s Revenue Generation Program and Treasury Operations, Mayor Ian Gil Garcia Mendez (center) announced on May 20, 2026. The recognition was based on the municipality’s Real Property Tax (RPT) collection efficiency rate of 129.05% for Fiscal Year 2025, one of the highest recorded in the province. Mayor Mendez credited the achievement to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office and Municipal Assessor’s Office, saying their work directly supported the town’s financial performance.
