3 alleged illegal LSIs enter Buenavista town

(Joint reports from DCR, DSA, GAB)

Three (3) alleged illegal locally stranded individuals (LSIs) enter Buenavista town.

This was the information relayed to The Bohol Tribune by Buenavista mayor Dave Duallo on Tuesday, June 24, 2020.

He further said that the 3 LSIs rode a seacraft and docked at Barangay Hunan from Cordova, Cebu province.

However, the mayor did not disclose the identities of the suspects pending the completion of the investigation and release of the official police report.

The mayor told The Bohol Tribune that he immediately ordered the local police to conduct an investigation and to file the proper charges against the suspects.

Based on the initial investigation, the LSIs did not have any documents such as the medical certificate and travel authority.

As of this writing, he ordered that the 3 alleged illegal LSIs are placed under 14-day quarantine.
