Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC) announces an update on its quality development project: the Costa Ashira.
in a statement, APDC bared to potential investors that the road tracing for the whole subdivision is already complete.
The same statement said APDC is preparing for the road concreting of the said subdivision project.
Costa Ashira is a subdivision project located in barangay Biking, Dauis, Panglao Island. The project has nine (9) phases, according to the statement from the company.
Costa Ashira’s main attraction is its proximity to Bikini Beach and the national highway.
The same statement said that the development project has the standard amenities such as drainage system with gutter, street lights, a basketball court, and a club house.
