For this edition of VOX POPULI, the Bohol Tribune ventured on getting the response of the netizens regarding the case of one covid positive person who is considered an Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR). When this person entered Bohol (from Cebu), he registered himself as a resident of Taloto District, Tagbilaran City. But when he developed some Covid-related symptoms and was then brought for admission to the hospital, he registered himself as a resident of Baclayon, Bohol.
