SIKATUNA’S TURN

Guv visits Sikatuna to distribute rice, contact tracing cards

Gov. Arthur Yap visits Sikatuna town to distribute rice and the Bohol family contact tracing cards. The governor, during his Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 visit to Sikatuna, was accompanied by Board Members Aldner Damalerio and Ricky Masamayor. The chief of staff of the office of Rep. Edgar Chatto, Atty. Abeleon Damalerio, was also in Sikatuna to represent the first district representative, according to reports from the Capitol media said.

In that visit to Sikatuna, the governor handed to Sikatuna Mayor Justiniana Ellorimo P1 million (one million pesos). The P1 million amount is for the water project in the said town, capitol sources added.

The governor and his group visited barangay Can-agong during the first stop after which he proceeded to barangay Poblacion.

In his third stop, Yap visited Cambuac Norte and then went to Badiang for the fourth stop. 

In each of his stops, the governor explained how the contact tracing cards work.

There are 28 fire victims who received the financial assistance.
The two boarding house owners received P5,000 cash assistance each, while the 26 boarders received P3,000 cash assistance each.
