Cong. Edgar Chatto (right) and Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (left) spearhead the distribution of the wages for the beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged / Displaced Workers (TUPAD) in Balilihan town. The congressman is instrumental in facilitating the program in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Local Government Unit to provide livelihood opportunity for disadvantaged/displaced workers.
