Staunch critic Willy Ramasola, in a post, asks if Gov. Arthur Yap issue fake Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) certificates to farmers.

PGS certificates “awards” certain establishments to certify farmers’ products as organic, the critic said.

Moreover, Ramasola, in a post on Monday, April 5, 2021, quoted Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Statistics director Myers Mula who said the PGS certificates issued by the provincial government are “fake” and illegally tagging products as organic may be meted with penalties.
