Panglao mayor Leonila Montero (left) poses with prodaughter, Panglao councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec during the conduct of the mobile community pantry in barangay Doljo on May 13, 2021. The charitable work also involves civic organizations such as the Rotary Club of Panglao Island, the Rotaract of Panglao, Youth organizations of Panglao. The advocacy support group of the Philippine National Police also contributed to the mobile community pantry. Montero-Caindec said the mobile community pantry has been visiting several barangays and will definitely visit all 10 barangays so that all Panglao residents will get an opportunity to benefit from the mobile community pantry. Caindec added that no public funds  are being used in the conduct of the mobile community pantry. Contributed photo

Panglao councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec imparts the support from the local government unit of Panglao to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Advocacy Support Group (ASG) by way of a speech during the PNP-ASG training seminar. The event took place on May 15, 2021 at the Panglao Cultural Center. Montero-Caindec cited the various charitable advocacies of the PNP-ASG for the benefit of the community especially in Panglao.
