Photo shows the graduates of the “Training for Work Scholarship Program” (TWSP) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) participating in a coastal cleanup activity on May 30, 2021 at Doljo, Panglao as their contribution to mitigate climate change. They also passed the NC II Caregiving examinations. Cong. Beneficiaries of the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) pose for a photo opportunity as they received their starter toolkits for Bread and Pastry Production on May 25, 2021 at the Baclayon town gymnasium. The STEP program is under the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The funding for this program was facilitated by then first district representative and now Vice Gov.
