Gov. Arthur Yap on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, distributed financial assistance to the youth sector of Maribojoc and Tubigon towns, according to the report of the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) office.
The financial assistance that was distributed by the governor comes from the Bohol Education Subsidy Program, the same report says.
The governor had the opportunity to meet around 80 young people who are the beneficiaries of the said subsidy program during a short interaction following the distribution of the financial assistance.
Moreover, the governor also had the chance to meet some women who are beneficiaries of the Livelihood Assistance Grant of the Capitol, the report adds.
The women received freezer units that will be used in their respective processed food business, the report bares.
