The Bohol Integrated Development Foundation Inc. (BIDEF), on June 7 to 10, 2021, successfully conducted the Contingency Planning (CP) workshop for the towns of Loay, Loboc, and Sevilla at Panda Tea Garden Suites, Dao District, Tagbilaran City.
It was facilitated by authorized representatives from the Office of Civil Defense – Region 7 (OCD).
The workshop aims to capacitate the local government units (LGU) in terms of their knowledge, attitude, and skills that are essential in the formulation of their plans in response to disaster situations.
The activity was part of the on-going implementation of the project “Disaster Risk Reduction Initiatives in Vulnerable Areas Toward Effective Governance and Resilient Communities or DR²ILLS of BIDEF.
