INNOVATING DURING PANDEMIC. teamINABANGA Sangguniang Bayan Member Jono Jumamoy (photo 1) and Barangay Uog Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman Niña Cenabre (photo 2) undergo a Galing Pook Awards validation meeting via online. The validation meeting which took place on Aug. 25, 2021 was led by: former Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Mel Sarmiento (photo 3) and Galing Pook Foundation Executive Director Dr. Eddie Dorotan (photo 4). Inabanga is vying for the award as a result of the successful implementation and partnership of the LAUM Bohol Program of the Bohol Provincial Government headed by Governor Art Yap (photo 5). Also attending the meeting on line are LAUM Bohol Family members: Lutgardo Labad  from Kasing Sining, Alma Taldo from Loboc Children’s Choir and Jade Valmores and Alyssa Bocayo from the Diocese of Talibon. Eight of the 11 target activities of the said program in Inabanga spearheaded by SB Member Jono have been completely implemented and cascaded to the barangay level to help the youth sector recover from the effects of the pandemic.
