Gov. Arthur Yap led the budget discussions among the members of the Local Finance Committee at the Capitol on Sept. 1, 2021, according to the report of the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER).
The budget discussion is part of the process of crafting the provincial government of Bohol (PGBh) budget for 2022.
The discussion revolved around the amount of funding each department should get under the 2022 budget.
In attendance in the said activity were Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos and the members of the Local Finance Committee.
Meanwhile, Yap turned over a P1 million check to San Miguel mayor Virgilio Mendez on Sept. 1, 2021, a separate PRIMER report says.
The P1 million financial assistance will be used for the repair of 18 barangay roads in San Miguel town.
Moreover, the governor also met with the Learning Support Aides of the said town.
