Tubigon mayor William Jao (inset) reports that the town’s Safety Seal Certification Team, which is composed of personnel from the Municipal Health Office, Business Permits and Licensing Office, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)-hired contact tracers, conducted inspections on business establishments in Tubigon. The Safety Seal is conferred to an establishment once comply with the health safety standards set by the government and using the StaySafe.ph app as a contact tracing tool.
