Culpa bared that the LGU expects to inoculate around 600 children on the first day using vaccines manufactured by Pfizer.
In a Facebook post, Mayor John Geesnell Yap told the parents not to worry as there are enough vaccine supply.
Culpa said the minor should be accompanied by a parent who will be signing the consent form. The parent and the minor should each bring an ID.
Reports say that around 4,000 minors aged 12 to 17 years old have pre-registered to be inoculated against Covid.
Meanwhile, Culpa said that around 72 minors with comorbidities were vaccinated at the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital on Oct. 29, 2021.
