Gov. Arthur Yap’s staunch critic Emmanuel “Willy” Ramasola posted bail after he was ordered arrested in connection with the libel charges filed by the governor.

The critic bared the information about him posting bail in a Facebook post on Nov. 8, 2021.

Ramasola revealed the information about receiving an arrest warrant in relation to the libel suit, in a post in his social media account.

The Makati-based businessman voluntarily turned himself into police custody after receiving the arrest warrant, he said in a Facebook post.

Ramasola did not mention the amount of bail he posted for his temporary liberty.

In another Facebook post, Ramasola showed the release order as he also posted a photo of him leaving the Makati Police Station premises.

It can be remembered that the Tagbilaran City Prosecutor indicted Ramasola for 6 counts of libel early this year. The libel suit was filed by Yap.

Moreover, Yap also filed an inciting to sedition case against Ramasola and 2 others before the Makati Prosecutor’s Office.
