If one thinks what he sees or reads is depressing, there’s always that option to leave the page and go somewhere else. If there’s nothing that makes us happy about the whole soc med anymore, just shut the gadget off and find happiness in the real world. Then try again another day. We don’t have to be dictated upon and defined by the social media’s mood from day to day. We can always choose to control our lives and dwell on things that can make us happy.
