Police in Sierra Bullones reportedly nabbed a 57-year-old man accused of rape on Dec. 5, 2021, according to a report released on Dec. 7, 2021.
Police identified the rape suspect as a certain Dioscoro Vitor, who is a resident of barangay Poblacion, Sierra Bullones.
He is accused of three counts of rape, the police said in their report.
Police arrested the suspect by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Adonis Laure of Regional Trial Court branch 51 based in Carmen town.
The suspect remains in custody as there is no bail recommended for his temporary liberty, the police report adds.
Moreover, the police bared that the suspect has undergone proper booking procedure as the latter is set to face charges in court.
