Gimanduan na sa Malakanyang ang tanang ahensya sa gobyerno, opisina, apil ang local government units (LGUs) nga mag-andam alang sa implementasyon sa Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ug ang integrasyon niini sa government processes, databases, systems, ug services.
Sa Memorandum Circular No. 95 nga gilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, giila nga “urgent need” nga manduan ang tanang ahensya sa kagamhanan alang sa pagpatuman sa sistema sa PhilSys aron hapsay ang mga transaksyon nga himoon sa mga katawhan nga adunay kalabutan sa mga ahensya sa gobyerno.
“All government agencies, instrumentalities, departments, bureaus, offices, LGUs, GOCCs (government-owned or -controlled corporations), GFIs (government financial institutions), state universities and colleges, as well as other chartered institutions (hereafter ‘Covered Agencies’) are hereby directed to incorporate and integrate in their respective processes, databases, identification systems and services, the PSN [PhilSys Number] and PhillD [Philippine Identification] of registered individuals, as well as the other components and features of the PhilSys. It is understood, however, that the PhilSys integration must not grant Covered Agencies access, in any form, to the PhilSys Registry,” base sa nakalatid sa memorandum.
Samtang ang tanang sakop nga ahensya gitahasan sa pagduso ug PhilSys Policy ug Coordination Council (PSPCC) sa ilang PhilSys Integration Plans sulod sa 60 ka adlaw sa pag-epektibo sa sirkular.
