Balilihan mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (right, with microphone) delivers her message during the orientation of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating mga Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD). The mayor is thankful to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for providing a work opportunity to another batch of workers in the cash-for-work program.
