The Perpetual Help Community Cooperative Inc.-Tagbilaran branch is set to conduct its chapter assembly (CA) on July 24, 2022 at the Bohol Wisdom School gymnasium, according to reports.
The cooperative will also conduct an election of its new set of members of the board of directors on the same date.
The names of the personalities who are running for various positions in the cooperative can be found in an advertisement published on page 17 of this newspaper.
All members of PHCCI based in Bohol are encouraged to attend the said general assembly, which is being conducted since 2019, according to information from the cooperative.
The registration starts at 7 am until 2 pm. All participants are required to bring their respective vaccination cards, together with a valid ID or tax identification number card or the PHCCI passbook, the information from the cooperative said.
The PHCCI has become the most reliable cooperative in Negros Oriental, according to the cooperative’s website.
The cooperative was established on April 14, 1971 by 33 pioneer members with a starting share capital of P586 and was later registered with Cooperative Administrative Office on February 18, 1972 under Republic Act No. 2023.
The cooperative has grown and expanded to other areas in the Visayas including Tagbilaran City.
