Aris: Bohol to send P1M aid to Luzon quake victims

Gov. Erico Aristotle Aumentado gave marching orders to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) chief Dr. Anthony Damalerio to release P1 million to be given as aid to Luzon earthquake victims.

This was the information released by the governor in a post on Aug. 1, 2022.

He said that the funds are being released as a form of help from Bohol to earthquake victims particularly those living in Abra province.

“Atong gi mando-an ang hepe sa PDRRMO Dr. Anthony Damalerio na ipa andam ang 1M na atong ika dalit isip tabang sa Abra Province din grabe ang sinati sa ka kusog na linog sama ka bangis sa atong na agian na ni adtong 2013,” the governor said in his post.

He then asked the Boholano public to pray for the people impacted by the quake as the latter rebuild from the ruins.

“Atong i-ampo ang atong mga ka igsoonan na luwas ug maka recover sila sa madaling panahon,” the governor quipped.
