The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is set to conduct a theoretical driving course (TDC ) in Bien Unido town on Aug. 31, 2022, according to reports from the Philippine Information Agency.

It can be remembered that Bien Unido’s Community Technical Education Center, through its coordinator, Manuelito Item, announced that the said driving course will be conducted on Sept. 1, 2022, but now, it will be staged on Aug. 31, 2022.

The said course will be conducted by the TESDA Inabanga Provincial Traning Center.

The TDC is a requirement before a person can obtain a student’s permit, the PIA in its report adds.

The student’s permit is the first step before obtaining a non-professional or professional driver’s license from the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

Moreover, TESDA’s TDC is a community-based training program to teach those who want to obtain driver’s license the intricacies of traffic rules and regulation and how to drive a vehicle the right way.
