Boholana Dalareich Polot is the first Filipina to receive the prestigious Goldman Sachs/Fortune Most Powerful Women Global Award.
Reports say that Polot, known as Bohol’s Chocolate Princess, is the inspiring social entrepreneur behind Dalareich Chocolate House.
Her efforts are empowering cacao farmers in Bohol and other parts of the Philippines.
Polot gained international recognitions over the past years for the commendable things that she has been doing for the local cacao industry.
The awarding rites will be held in Laguna Niguel, California, at the Ritz-Carlton on October 11, 2022, the report adds.
