So what is Milk? According to the USDA Nutrition Data Laboratory, Milk is that white , opaque liquid that your Mom and Dad ask you to drink up once, twice and even three times each day and is very good for your optimum health.

A regular glass of Whole Milk approximately 250 ml contains the following:

– Carbohydrate 11g

– Protein 7.9 g

– Fat 7.9g

– Thiamin 0.11 mg

– Riboflavin 0.45 mg

– Niacin 0.26 mg

– Vitamin A 249 IU
