PNA welcomes new nurses in the fold by MaRo B.

The Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), Inc., Bohol Chapter, welcomed the new nurses into the fold as they took their respective oaths of professionals and membership including their pledge of commitment on Feb. 2, 2023 at the Bohol Cultural Center.
About 307 new nurses from Bohol are now added to the roster of medical frontliners as part of the key people in helping foster and improve health care delivery.

Distinct speakers during the event included Dr. Melinda Pausanos – President of PNA-Bohol Chapter, Gov. Erico Aristotle Aumentado, Cong. Edgar Chatto, and Cong. Maria Vanessa Aumentado. Other distinguished guests who came were the officers of the Association of Dean of Phil. Colleges of Nursing-Bohol Chapter;  Philippine Nurses Association, Inc – Bohol Chapter; and PRC-BON Hon Mary Lou B. Ong.

The topnotchers in the recent licensure examinations for nurses who are from Bohol were also honored during the event. The honorees were Glenn Dano of Holy Name University (5th placer), and Keith Lee Agor of Holy Name University (8th placer).This page features some photos related to the event at the Bohol Cultural Center.
