Cong. Alexie Besas-Tutor of the 3rd district of Bohol graced the April 2, 2023 turnover ceremony of the multi-purpose building/covered court at Alegria Sur, Loay, Bohol witnessed by punong barangay Roderick Bagnol. This is the first barangay that serves as the door to the different towns and barangays belonging to the 3rd district of Bohol. Rep Tutor said that after many years, this is the first barangay in the town that has a covered court. The congresswoman also admitted that it is true that there are still many projects that need her efforts and dedication to look for funds because it is a fact, she continued, that a covered curt is very necessary in every barangay.as this is the center of convergence of the different activities within the barangay. Tutor also said that it is inevitable that every time the people from her district would see a covered court with orange as a dominant color, they could be sure that this covered court belongs to the 3rd district. She urged everyone to continue with her slogan “KUMBATI” for the progress of the district. She expressed sincere thanks for the love and support given to her by the residents of barangay Alegria Sur.
