Ramiro Community Hospital, in partnership with INS and ANSAP, will be holding its 7th Basic Intravenous Therapy Training Program from July 19 to 21, 2023, at the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Function Hall, Tagbilaran City.
The training program is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to safely and effectively administer intravenous therapy. Topics covered will include:
• The anatomy and physiology of the vascular system
• The types of intravenous fluids and medications
• The principles of intravenous therapy
• The techniques of intravenous insertion and maintenance
• The complications of intravenous therapy
The training program is open to all healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and medical students. The cost of the training is ₱3,900 per person, which includes meals and refreshments for the entire 3-day training.
