about the discussion of topics entitled: Healthy Young Ones, Heart to H. E. A. R. T
Talk, Mental Health Awareness, HIV Awareness among Grade 10 students of the
Sikatuna National High School. In her speech the mayor said: “Thank you to our very
inspiring young speakers, Mr. Froilan Aberia and Mr. Jimboy Sanchez, who are
volunteers from PopCom. Your commitment, passion and dedication to positive change
for our youths is nothing short of inspiring! Thank you also to Sikatuna National High
School Grade 10 students, faculty and staff headed by their very welcoming Principal
