The Chairman of the Buenavista Community College (BCC) Board of Trustees Atty. Dave D. Duallo (center) is presented as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the traditional Presentation of Sponsors and Escorts of the Buenavista Community College(BCC) ROTC Unit of the said school. The event was held on Dec 21, 2023. Duallo, who is also the Municipal Mayor of the town of Buenavista, has proven himself to be a good leader, not only in his town, but also among the different mayors in Bohol, as he is currently the President of the League of Municipalities, Bohol Chapter.
