The Coastal Law Enforcement Council (CLEC) Cluster 7 of the town of Lila had its Quarterly Meeting on March 6, 2024. The gathering was attended by representatives from the Coastal Law Enforcement Council (CLEC) cluster municipalities of Garcia-Hernandez, Valencia, Dimiao, and Lila, as well as partner agencies: BEMO, BFAR, Maritime Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)/Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO), Provincial News Bureau, and Provincial Legal Office. CLEC 7 Chair Mayor Engr. Filadelfo Jess III V. Baja and the Local Chief Executives (LCEs) of the cluster municipality Hon. DionisioNielBalite; Valencia, Hon.
