The Danao Police Station in cooperation with Danao Mayor Jose Cepedoza (inset, upper left corner) announced on April 19, 2024 at about 2:30 PM the following: “The Philippine National Police, Danao Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PCPT Wilson S. Orapa, chief of police, conducted barangay visitation; attended meetings for the Barangay Peace and Order Committee (BPOC)/Barangay visitation and Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) at Barangay Carbon, Danao, Bohol. During the meeting PCpl Ronel Eyas gave an update of the activity plan on barangay drug clearing, and gave advice to the attendees to coordinate with the Rural Health Unit for the assessment of Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs). The council was also encouraged to give its continued support for the PNP’s Campaign against Terrorism, etc. This activity aims to strengthen the harmonious partnership between the PNP and the community contributing to have peace, order and progress.” Contributed photo
