Cong. Edgar Chatto (middle photo in the 1st and uppermost horizontal row) announces that his office facilitated a zoom meeting with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED),  Holy Name University HNU) and USAID on Transnational Education for Urban and Rural Development Planning. Transnational Education (TNE) is education delivered in a country other than the country in which the awarding institution is based. This is in line with the thrust of enhancing quality education through partnerships with foreign universities. Beneficiaries of TUPAD in Dauis undergo orientation on the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa ating Disadvantaged/ Displaced Workers (TUPAD) facilitated by Senator Bong Go (front row, 5th from right).
