TOOLKITS DISTRIBUTION. Shielded metal arc welding graduates received their starter toolkits at the Loon Manpower Development Center. The program was implemented through an initiative of the office of Cong. Edgar Chatto under the Special Training for Employment Program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Three batches of women’s groups in Dauis have completed their community-based Training Program for Cookery. The office of Cong. Edgar Chatto bridged the women’s groups led by Dauis Women’s President Victoria Bolos to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority and the Bohol International Learning College (BILC), program partners, who provided the training, facilities and ingredients.
