Program offered: Infant-Toddler Early Development (ITED) Program (children aged 2.11 years old and below); PreKindergarten 1 (Pre-K1) Program (children aged 3.0-3.11 years old), Age based on or before July 31, 2025. Requirements: Photocopy of child’s birth certificate (PSA); Photocopy of Baby Card/Immunization Record; Enrollment Forms (to be accomplished at the center); 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture of the child and One (1) long brown envelope.
