The Local Government Unit of Baclayon will hold a free circumcision service for its residents. The activity will be conducted through the Baclayon Primary Care Facility (Baclayon PCF), which is headed by Dr. Usting Roa:It is cheduled for April 29, 2026 and all Baclayon residents who wish to undergo circumcision may avail themselves of the free service.
