Bilar Mayor Norman Palacio (in photo), on May 14, 2026, closed the 8th and final night of the Pangani Festival 2026. The celebration featured the Pangani Festival Dance Steps recital, awarding of 2-Day Lawn Tennis Tournament champions, and recognition of Outstanding Farmers of Bilar.
