The LGU of Loon distributed cash relief assistance to local tricycle drivers on May 18, 2026, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO). Loon Mayor Cesar Tomas “Yul” M. Lopez, MD (standing, foreground), led the distribution held under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Cash Relief Assistance (CRA) Program. The DSWD CRA provides a one-time cash grant to qualified Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) drivers to support their livelihood and daily needs.
