Bilar Mayor Norman Palacio (inset, upper right corner) led the Nutrition Month Culmination 2026 on July 31 with the theme “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!” A highlight was the “TRASHion Icon 2026” Recycled Costume Making Contest where SK Councils from different barangays participated.
